|Secret To Getting Anything?|
Do You Deserve Success?
Deep down, where it counts, many people do not believe that they deserve success. They do not think that they are worthy of success. And they may be right.
They long for success. They imagine success. They struggle for success. They aim for success. But, they are addicted to failure.
Yes, addicted. They refuse to give up their habitual ways of thinking, despite the overwhelming evidence that their thinking is not producing success. They refuse to give up their habitual beliefs, despite the obvious evidence that those beliefs are not conducive to success.
Every successful person I have ever met reports that it is their thinking that first stood in the way of their success and then, when they changed how and what they thought, paved the way for their success. It is the same experience I had.
Every successful person I have met believes that they deserve success. Not because they are smarter. Not because they are better educated. Not because they are in any way special or unique. They believe that they deserve success simply because they believe that they deserve success. And, they are right.
Those who are spiritually minded have a couple of preconceptions (beliefs and thoughts) about success that do not serve them and may be preventing them from achieving their ideal of success.
One is that in order to deserve success, you need to be a good person as judged by societal norms; and Two, that material success is not really a spiritual thing and may detract from spiritual development. Wrong on both counts.
Those who are materialistically minded also have a couple of preconceptions about success that do not serve them and may be preventing them from achieving their ideal of success.
One is that spiritual principles have nothing to do with material success and may detract from success; and Two, that success is a matter of doing certain things, not about being a certain way. Wrong on both counts.
Success is a holistic thing. The material is inseparable from the spiritual. The spiritual is inseparable from the material. Spiritual success without material success is as empty and meaningless as is material success without spiritual success.
In the end, it is not about doing anything. You can do all the spiritual things or you can do all the material things and still not be successful. You can do all the doing you want. You can do whatever you want. But, you will never have success, no matter what you do UNTIL you learn that it all begins with who you are.
Who you are is spirit, is light, is consciousness. Consciousness is metaphysical or spiritual. The primary activities of consciousness are thinking and believing.
Thinking and believing are metaphysical or spiritual attributes. It is the metaphysical or spiritual that brings forth the physical.
The formula is BE then DO then HAVE. First become worthy. Then, do whatever you like. Then, you will have success.
Become worthy by thinking correctly. Become worthy by believing correctly.
Look at the universe. Abundance is a fact. Lack is an erroneous perception. Stop thinking thoughts of lack and limitation. Stop believing in lack and limitation. Think abundance. Believe in abundance. Then, you will be worthy of being abundant and having abundance.
I believe that you do deserve success. I believe that everyone does, potentially. It is an unfortunate fact, however, that only those who know that they deserve success actually get it. Examine your predominant thoughts; examine your core beliefs.
Do you deserve success? Only if you think so and only if you believe so.

Are you successful? What does that word mean to you? Unlimited wealth, "toys" as far as the eye can see, or family gatherings at your cottage on the lake?
Five Formulas for Committing to Success!
1. Clear vision + Intention + Purpose + Focus = Success! A vision is many things: the original blueprint of the successful outcome you desire, a thought picture turned into visual action, a full expression of you! If you are given a vision, then it is within your power to make it happen, if you choose. You would not have been given the vision without the ability to make it come true. Visions are so powerful, it is essential that you know exactly what you are visioning and why. Intention and purpose are partners. Your purpose, or mission, must also be very clear and firm. Your integrity is bound closely with this pair. If it is your intention to truly make your dreams materialize, then a commitment must be made to focus on the specific outcome you desire. Goal planning works well for focus. Make your goals realistic, specific and have a definite timetable for meeting your objectives. 2. Authenticity + Passion + Commitment = Success! Being authentic means that the real you is showing up all the time - in words, thoughts and actions. First - you are true to yourself above all. You are dedicated to knowing what you are all about - your integrity, passion, strengths, honesty and reliability. Knowing your values and acting in alignment with them are crucial to your authenticity. Passion is what stirs from within that motivates you - inspires you to get up each morning, eagerly, to continue working on a job or project that excites you to want to do more. Passion is the unique message that you want to bring to the world. Commitment is a "can-do" attitude. You want to accomplish something so intensely that you are willing to use whatever resources of time and energy to make it so! You have an unabiding passion to stay committed to your project until it is complete. 3. Spiritual Practice + Flow = Success! A spiritual connection is essential for the unlimited and energetic flow in moving forward on your journey to self-commitment and success. Webster defines 'spirit' as a "person's essential nature, an emotional state characterized by vigor and animation, strong loyalty or dedication." Spiritual practices may include everything from organized religion to pagan ritual and ceremony. Since there is no one universal definition that fits all, one must explore and define his or her own description. How does your spiritual path make a difference, not only in your own life, but how might it connect to a global flow of energy? Your personal definition of spirit is one of your own making, touching the honesty of your own soul. You get to choose how you wish to walk in this world and how you want to be connected to a higher source. A strong spiritual practice allows you to flow with a vibrational frequency that will energize and ground you on the 'success' journey. 4. Energy + Expectations + Perseverance = Success! Being energetic and creating reserves of energy are essential for success. If your energy is depleted, you do not have the stamina to carry out the plans for your success. One way to create energy is by taking extremely good care of yourself - even being selfish with your needs! If you support a healthy, energetic, life-affirming style, than you can continue working towards the expectations you have for yourself. One way to identify whether or not your expectations are realistic is to take a piece of paper and make two columns. On the left side, write your expectation. On the right side, write how you might accomplish that. You do have the ability to reach your own expectations, and each one of them needs its own plan. When you look at the columns, you may recognize that some of the expectations are not realistic and that in order for you retain your energy and persevere to the final outcome, the items may need to be adjusted. Perseverance is continuing firmly on your path, regardless of unexpected challenges. If you believe in yourself, and are committed to your processes, you will solve every conceivable quandary or roadblock that appears. You know what the rewards will be if you persevere with your plan. 5. Strong Mission Statement + Plan of Action + Focus = Success! Your mission in life is simply your purpose - and your purpose, your mission. You've heard the saying, "If you don't know where you're going, that's exactly where you'll end up - nowhere!" Mission statements act as a rudder for your entrepreneurial-ship. When you know exactly what you want and how you're going to get there, you can make better decisions along the way knowing that all of your steps must support the mission. If questions arise and you're not sure of the answer, or direction, look to your mission statement to see if it supports the quandary. OK, everything is in place: your vision is clarified, you're feeling passionate about the path you're on, you are connected to your own flow, you're energized and focused, your mission is clear and NOW - you're ready to execute the "plan"! Plans of action do not have to be ten pages long. Your plan is whatever you want it to be - however, you must have one if you want to proceed firmly on your way and reach the pinnacle of your success. A simple plan can consist of lists: i.e. your business name and legal entity (LLC, C or S Corp, sole proprietor etc.), accountant (essential for cash/flow analyses), your mission, administrative needs, budget, competitor research, services you offer, advisory team members...and so forth. There are hundreds of books on the market to help you specifically with business plans. The goal is to move into action at whatever pace you choose to set and keep a steady course to completion. Oh yes, focus again! You can have it all - one focussed step a time! copyright by Sharon Hooper, Commit To Your Success, LLC
Teachings of the Success Masters
Authors such as Napoleon Hill have produced a great deal of writings that form the classic success philosophy of the early 1900s. Most of this material is as applicable today as it was back then, and forms the basis of the teachings of many modern success gurus. Here is a sampling of selections from those early success writers:
Hows Work Going?
Think how often you see a friend or an acquaintance that you may not have seen for a few weeks or months and the question comes up: "How's work going?"
Discover Your Path to Success ? Part 4
In Part Three, I promised we would get into the resources. Before we do, however, let's discuss a treasure that most of us have been exposed to, but don't take nearly enough time out of our day to focus on ? the power of prayer. This may offend some people, but I hope it does not; as that is not my intent.

Education Leads To A Healthier And Happier Life
Do you feel you lead a healthy and happy life? If you answered yes, chances are you have received some sort of college or post secondary (post high school) education. If you are an adult, and don't have an education, an online education may be something you may want to pursue. There are many proven reasons why being educated leads to a healthier and happier life. I will list a few of these facts below:
The 5-Minute Success Strategy - Transform Your Behavior Easily and Painlessly
Recently, I coached a young woman whom I'll call Mary about how to make critical lifestyle changes. Mary had always struggled with her weight. She had no control over her eating and she could not maintain a consistent exercise program. That's when I suggested that Mary try the 5-Minute Success Strategy to help her overcome her problem behavior. The beauty of this strategy is that you can use it both to eliminate an unwanted behavior and establish a desired one.
How to Network Your Way to Success
Successful people do not achieve success on their own, they surround themselves with a well-developed, sophisticated support network. In a world that grows more complex and more competitive each day, networking is necessary not only for survival but for high achievement"?excerpt from the best-selling book "Masters of Networking".
The Clichés of Success
The problem with writing about success is that almost everything ends up sounding like a cliché. It has all been said before. It has all been read or heard before. There are no new secret formulas; no new tricks to creating success or being successful; nothing new to write about.
Three Proven Ways To Leverage the Big Power of Small Changes
Successful people set ambitious goals. But the high standards and lofty visions necessary for great success can sometimes be daunting. You may want to run a marathon, lose 50 pounds, or build a business empire, but you may quickly find yourself overwhelmed if you mentally focus on such ambitious goals.
How The Right Questions Can Change Your Life
Your own pressing needs, your long-standing frustrations, would benefit tremendously if you asked an absolute question, a high-quality how question.
Building the Minds Framework for Success
Man is the most advanced being on this earth. We are the dominant species for one particular reason; our ability to think! Although we have virtually unlimited ability to use our minds effectively, the vast majority of us do not really use the extraordinary powers of the mind for own advantage. Too many of us are slaves of our reactionary minds instead of masters of our proactive, creative minds.
Wait, Thats Not on the Map
Back from my amazing summer excursion, a month long drive through Spain! Well, I mean, I didn't do any of the driving, my partner did. See, I only know how to drive an automatic and since we have a stick here in Belgium, my partner kindly agreed to do all the driving. In total it ended up being close to 5000 kilometers and he did beautifully without so much as a complaint. Nice, huh?
The Communication of Your Biology & Beliefs
Not only do we communicate with ourselves, but our cells communicate with each other and the environment in order to respond to situations, which ultimately create our belief systems.
What Does Success Look Like To You?
So many of us want success, but how many of us really know what we mean when we say it? And please?.. don't blurt out some superficial "bling and glam" definition like VH1 defines it on "The Fabulous Life of ??" The expensive cars, the safe full of jewelry and the massive homes on every continent are only fruits of success, not success itself. Rather, Success is the realization and accomplishment of worthy goals. They are those purpose driven milestones that we set in our lives based on our values, beliefs and ambitions. You know them when you see them because they bring a sense of fulfillment and peace of mind when actively pursued. On the flip side, however, they increase our level of anxiety and frustration when we let fear and complacency stop us from pursuing them. You should know that feelings of fear are part of the process, but you need to acknowledge that fear and move through it because I guarantee you that if you don't take time to set and actively pursue (purpose driven) goals, you will most certainly be destined to work on achieving someone else's. And we all know how that feels, right?
Why Wealth is Loving, Caring, and Sharing
Wealth is more than money. It's abundance, or as the Italians call it, abbondanza, plenty, overflowing supply.

Create A Realistic Plan For Your Success
Success is the most desired ambition of the human beings. Every one of us wants to be successful. But only few endeavor towards that purpose consciously whereas others rely on luck and chance to achieve their goals.
I thought this was unbelievable, but it's true.
